People already seem to be smarter when it comes to their health, as the organic industry is poised to grow leaps even during a year characterized by economic depression. Large leaps in organic product sales were recorded in 2007. One cannot help but ask if these organic products will be able to hold its ground during 2008. Well, we are all free to guess. Let us just find out after the year, shall we?
