A site for the eco-conscious consumer. It contains product reviews, consumer guides and a directory or green and ethical businesses to help you live a more eco-friendly lifestyle without the hassle.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
My own interest in environmental issues and background in environmental science combined with a lack of good wesbites providing information and advice on green-living
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's about environmental issues and it's a wesbite - environmentweb! It was that simple.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
There are a number of other green directories around but they tend to be messy and also lack any real guidance to help people decide what's what and how they can make their lifestyle more eco-firnedly - which is what we aim to do with our consumer guides and product reviews
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
The long term aim is to grow the site in to an authoritative resource for the eco-conscious consumer that can be of benefit to anyone with the slightest interest in becoming more environmentally friendly
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
